Knowing first the breed of this animal is very important in buying and selling puppies.
The children would usually care about the cuteness and happiness this puppy could bring them. But as for the adults like you, you need to observe the development of the puppy to know it if it is growing healthily and safe for your child or even for you. Aside from the color that commonly changes as the puppy eventually turns into dog, there are still other factors that you have to closely monitor.
When buying and selling puppies, do not forget to ask how old your pet-to-be is. This way, you can examine the progress of your puppy that ought to happen as days passed by. A puppy that is free from the common disease of its kind will grow healthily and quickly, especially if it gets the proper nourishment that it needs.
A puppy needs the comfort and care of its mother, although there will be times when you need to bottle-feed the puppy in case mother’s milk is not available. When the puppy reaches one month old, you can feed it with proper solid (dog) food. It will no longer depend on your feeding assistance the moment it reaches nearly two months of its age.
Three months after its birth, you have to notice the independence a healthy dog can perform. This is the time when the puppy begins to become active. Though puppies are not blessed with a good sense of sight, their sense of hearing is so much sharp. You or your child can now also start playing with the puppy because it is now ready to see what awaits it outside its home. Before you proceed on buying and selling puppies, remember that puppies need socialization, too outside their home.
